Who We Are
Alamo Auto Supply is a family owned and operated business with a proud history of excellence in vehicle upfitting and commercial vehicle upfits. Established in 1949 and purchased by Bob and Elaine Krasne in 1976, we have steadily grown our business by providing our customers with vehicle upfitting services to meet their wants and needs.
We are authorized distributors for over 75 manufacturers, chosen because the products we offer meet the needs of our customers. Bob and Elaine’s sons, Dick and Alan, joined the business in the mid 1980’s and continue working in the business to this day. Our team has the expertise and commitment to making sure you have access to quality upfitting services for your work trucks, commercial vehicles, cargo vans, or heavy duty business fleets.

Bob’s mission in 1981 was to set Alamo on a trajectory of providing customer-focused solutions to the commercial and governmental sectors by providing quality commercial vehicle upfits. By seeking out industry products, Bob started the long legacy of keeping clients’ vehicles safe and productive through upfitting processes tailored to their unique needs.
